Oh my god, how totally boring. Some things about being pretty have turned out to be bogus, but not having to listen to long educational speeches isn't one of them. Tally's here because she thought it might be a party, but it really is just a meeting like the ones they had in the Smoke about resource management. Still, it would be utterly missing to just bounce right away, so she snacks on bread and cheese, listens, and looks for any friends she might be able to actually have fun with.
