He idly waves a hand, waving off whatever embarrassment he might feel now, telling his weaknesses to a handsome young man on a shooting range. "I might remember how to aim. But when it comes to firing, I've always lacked the conviction and courage -- two traits I understand you possess. You've a very sure stance."

1 The typist likes to handwave timelines and will never commit to saying what year Claudius came from, but the Danes were using muskets by 1611.
